Can't Update my phantom 4

HI guys anyone know how I can update my firmware on my aircraft ,I am now using a Apple iPad and can't do it.I have been told go to a computer ,have done that and that won't work either.

You can install the firmware via DJI GO (like this) or via the DJI Assistant 2 application (like this).
