Hello, I habe a Phantom 3 SE and to be honest I can‘t di this anymore. I‘m in Italy and I want to fly in FCC mode to fly further, all the solutions are outdated. I tried a lot, nothing works anymore. Please, if someone can help me to put my drone in FCC mode, I would be really greatful.

Good night. I just realised that you sent a Magic Power 5.3 download request on the PhantomPilots 'Software' page. I shared it to you a short while ago. Check your email for the download link.

Hey, im new to drone stuff and bought my p3SE recently and came across the same problem- range isn't great at all. Spent a few days looking for solutions and finally found one. As far as i'm aware, the P3SE can't be Magic power modded and that leaves us with one option- FCC mode. This tricks your drone into thinking it's in us and boosts range significantly. The Modification is discussed quite a lot already, but i'll share how i did it in april 2025 if anyone is in the same boat as i was. I used a kinda old xiaomi android note 10 with android 13 i think, my current note 13 (android 14) could not open the outdated versions anymore.) This is the thread which contains instructions from Psycho Andy! P3 SE - solution to switching between FCC and CE mode, I used both, and it works for sure!
The most important parts are that the steps are still the same and you can use the latest software of dji go first (3.1.82), since versions in the middle didn't open for me and the oldest version (3.1.8). And an older android device is a must. Newer phone couldn't open the older apps at all. Sim card was not inserted, but not sure if that makes any difference. Sorry for my english if something is misunderstood!
