Those bacon cheeseburger donuts reminds me of the time I dined at the original "Heart Attack Grill" in Phoenix. Somewhere I have a pic of me in the hospital gown in a wheelchair with the 'nurse' on my lap. Mmmm, mmmm, good! (the waitresses wore naughty nurse uniforms and the fitted you with a hospital gown when they sit you. They served burgers with names like "The Triple Bypass, The Quadruple Bypass, etc. Also non-filter Lucky Strikes.) They are now in Las Vegas and have basically the same theme. They offer hard liquor, beer & real sugar Mexican Coke in the bottle. Wonder why there aren't more of them around?
