wifi trouble

I'm having trouble connecting the wifi on my Phantom 2+ vision I tried the 12341234 password but it didn't work I never set any password when I bought this new in 2015 can't understand why all of a sudden it is asking for a password any help would be great

nice videos on youtube but didn't help with my password reset

Could try uninstalling app, delete ANY remaining files, reboot app device, reinstall app. It's something to try.
