Wierd Propellors Won't Come On

just bought a Phantom 3 standard charged the battery for drone and remote I see I get a
connection but propellors won't come on? What am i doing wrong?

You're not providing enough information. Have you read the manual, uodated the firmware, registered with DJI, calibrated the compass etc etc etc?

And the more important thing is, have you start CSC or auto takeoff?
