why does my phantom 4 say gimbal disconnected

I am having issues with gimbal. It says gimbal disconnected and keep disconnected after I turn off then I turn back on? please help.

Is it disconnected ?my p3p threw it after a fender bender ,ribbon connector at gimbal was jocked ,looked ok but was loose ,again not a 4

Hi,

I had the same problem. I took the SD card out and took the data of it and reformatted the SD card via the Bird.

PS. I'm a newbie

What firmware and app are you using? I had these errors after updating to the latest go 4 version.Fixed with firmware update.

I am having the same issue is there anything that can be done. It hasn't been in any wreck and works fine then 2 mins later of recording the gimbal disconnects.
