Where can I fly in Europe?

I want to plan a vacation to a country in Europe this summer that will allow my to fly my P3A. I had no problems last year in Portugal nor the year before in Spain with my V2. However, I am reading laws and regulations in other countries now and found all has changed and all is unclear. Can someone from other countries provide me information that may help. I am specifically interested in Poland, Hungary, Austria, and Slovakia..
