What's it mean when all 4 lights flash red?

I have a Phantom 3 Pro. Replaced the main board it's been so long now I forgot the reason why, but after replacing the board all the lights flash red and yellow then goes to solid red. It won't let me rebind to controller. Guessing it's a firmware problem... Am I right?

4 red lights means you have a hardware issue, could be just a loose ribbon connection I would check all your work if you have replaced the mainboard.
