Front lights come on immediately, green not red.

Rebuilding with a main board from Bigupgadgets. Supposed to be new but motor wiring has been removed and lights remain. Front lights didn't come on until I redid the soldering.
They come on solid green immediately even before it beep beeps and the rear come on. My other three P3P's all come on red when the rear ones do. China, should have know better but couldn't find one except Ebay used. Any solutions ? Thanks.

I thought about resoldering the yellow control wire, but both sides are misbehaving. Something else wrong ?

I paired it with a controller and opened the app. Saw where front leds were turned off. Then the solid green went to red like my other P3P's but nothing worked. The rears starting blinking green like it had satellites but app showed 0.
Tried calibrating compass, but that function went nowhere.
