had a crash, into the pool. Took it out rightaway. Took it apart and dried it for 1 hour or so. Put the battery in. Starting up it does not make the start up sound but some kind of low relay click or something and then shuts of... any ideas???

Yikes... drying time is measured in days ... multiple days ... starting it up that soon can cause a chain of problems...
Lipos don't like water so that's probly dead... main board ... ESCs ... gimbal board in upper housing... NAZA ... any or all of them are likely to take a hit... If you are lucky your battery took the hit and didn't supply anything on that one hour button press.

You take it apart , blow it out and put in a bag of rice for about a week and pray. But you may have fried it by not doing that
Bummer. You attempted to power it up way too soon. Should have opened it, applied a hair dryer for a bit, than covered it in rice for at least 2-3 days. If it is toast, I would first expect it to be the central board which, mercifully, isn't too expensive.

Fresh water flush, heat lamp to dry them out. Check for shorts then power up and test and back into service. Once in a while some components may have to be replaced but not often. On the Phantom almost all the time the batteries are ruined and have to be replaced due to the smart function shorting out because it was powered up shorted out and damaged. Most of the other components on the quad are sealed so no problem. Camera can get water in the lense if under water for a period of time. Key is to dry, dry and dry some more before starting it up. Prevents shorting out the components.
