video noise in high wind

Has anyone else noticed waves on the recorded video when the P2V+ was flying in high winds?
I am seeing horizontal waves (like an old TV out of tune).

It sounds like the light might be flashing between the props. I hear a small ribbon of tape can act as a lens hood.

Yeah if it's like the waves you see in the scene at 31s in my below video it's due to the sun shining through the props (I think). That was a clam windless day.
