Video Issues with Phantom 4 Pro on iPad and Nexus

Greetings from a newby.

I have had no issues at all using my drone with my iPhone SE but the video is garbled and pixelated on both the 10.5" iPad and my Nexus 7. Are there some video settings I may have set in the iPhone that I have failed to set in the apps on the iPad and the Nexus? I'll keep working on it but if anyone knows what I have wrong please let me know.

Did you ever get a reply on this? I'm thinking of getting a Nexus 7 (2012) for my Phantom 4 and trying to find anyone using this tab successfully....
