Phantom 4 pro v2 ISSUES! Class action !

Last time it flew off 15 distance and 20' altitude coming in to land. I lost control, changed direction at high speed. RTH did not engage. No control of the craft. I has a mind of its own. I have redundant check lists. Software updates, compass recalibration etc. P4Pro v2. never had issues with my other dji drones. Only flew 5 missions and all had issues. I have no idea where it is even checking the flight data and making physical investigations. I made a report and have not received any response. Must have got lost in all of the compaints.
That is a lot of money and business lost. Thank You China!

I think I see the cause of the problem in the video you posted in the other thread you started.
If the cause of the issue is what I think it is, it isn't DJI's fault at all.

If you want help understanding the issue you'll need to post your recorded flight data.
There are a couple of options ...

1. Go to DJI Flight Log Viewer | Phantom Help
Follow the instructions there to upload your flight record from your phone or tablet.
That will give you a detailed report on the flight data.
Come back and post a link to the report it provides and someone might be able to analyse it and give you an understanding of the cause of the incident.

2. Just post the .txt file here
or
3. If you use Airdata, you can view the flight data on Airdata and post a link for the Airdata report

If the OP ever returns and posts data, it will almost certainly show that his choice of launch spot was the problem.
Launching from a reinforced concrete surface is asking for trouble.
His suggestion that he recalibrated the compass is another clue.
His incident will have been due to a yaw error caused by powering up the drone in an area of magnetic interference which deflects the compass that is used to give the IMU gyro sensor its initial values.
