I just purchased my Phantom 3 Drone. Took it out for first time today. The video I recorded had issues! Random parts look like this... Any idea?

Original SD card?
Format the card with the App.
Try recording at the lowest resolution.
Make sure all camera settings are set for default.

I honestly went straight to litchi app.... is that the problem? I will deff try your recommendations though tomorrow!...Welcome to the Forum!

I'm new to this forum and new to drones, but I had the same issue with my P4P. I discovered it was one of two things, maybe both. I didn't " kill" the DJI app prior to engaging Autopilot (Litchi alternative) and I recorded in H-265. However, I was able to download the video from my iPad through the autopilot app. Maybe try downloading the video from the Phantom through the app.

Wow! Interesting!! I tried re transferring it to my mac... and it works fine! The only thing that i did different was leaving my laptop plugged in? weiiiiirdd
