P3 Firmware Update battery firmware

So i just got a second intelligent battery for my p3p and its saying i need a firmware up date...im new to this so please help..cheers

I assume you are talking about just the battery that requires updating. If so, put the new battery in the phantom, power everything up, open up your app to the main screen and wait for the upgrade message (inconsistent firmware or similar) to pop up. When it does, slide the message across and it should show you the progress of the update. Takes about a minute or less.

I am getting this message for my refurb P3P. I can't seem to get the battery updated. I read different ways to do it but I can't seem to. Can anyone help please?

I put the .zip file on the card and just turned on the bird without the RC on. Nothing seems to change. I have a solid green light on the gimbal.

Ok looks like I got it thanks to another thread from the awesome msinger. I got the .bin file in the right spot then updated the bird. Thanks msinger!
