Super slow file transferring

We have 5 P3P's in my group of buddies and one of the birds has a problem transferring the full resolution videos wirelessly. On this one the max transfer speed only reaches around 500Kbps but bounces back and forth to zero, while all the others reach around 3000Kbps and hold the speed until the transfer is complete.

I've done all the necessary swapping of devices and cards ect. to rule out possibilities other than the drone and controller combo.

The bird flys perfectly, signal strength and range is equal to all our other birds when in the air.

Anyone else seen this issue before?

Most flyers simply pull the SD card and put it in an adaptor to copy to a computer - it's much faster.
