Anyone who knows the technical details of the P2 V+ better than me have any speculation on what parts from the upcoming Phantom 3 might be able to be used as upgrades on the Phantom 2? The camera? GPS?

I hadn't thought of the cable - that's one.
The others are ... propguards (if you use them)
Maybe the case - landing gear is a bit taller and wider.
Nothing else is compatible.
