Sensors Calibration

When I connect to the DJI GO 4 and go to calibration for the front sensors the screen for the dots to do the alignment fail to show up.
Any suggestions?

I CAN'T DO THAT BECAUSE THERE ARE NO DOTS

Mine was doing the same thing then I tried unplugging my external monitor and then it worked. Not sure if that's helpful but it worked for me
