Seen this???

Put a brand new battery on charger, 4 flights, got this light combo. Won't charge, won't power bird to access battery info. If I hold down button, nothing happens.
Any expirence?

Did the battery turn itself off after a few minutes?

I had a slightly different issue with a battery: it wouldn't turn off by pushing the button. It eventually turned itself off, but then wouldn't turn on. It was ignoring button presses. I traced it down to a faulty button, which I repaired.

Did you try to upgrade the firmware on this battery?
This battery is in firmware upgrade mode.

Plug it in the phantom, get the latest assistance software, and try to upgrade the firmware again.

Got it to power up by unplugging and plugging it into Phantom. "Battery Error" dialog, "Not DJI Intelligent Battery!". Think I'm going to run it down to nothing to see if it will reset - Brand new, less than 3 charges on it and I checked it out of box on first charge b/c of all of the yaya about used batteries sold as new...

Will post results....
