I'm guessing that i should not take off or land on like the beach or sandy ground??? I know it's common sense question but i'm thorough even is a stupid question.
 
It would not be wise unless you have a large landing pad (like this one). You'll probably get sand in the motors.

...and I would be concerned also about the gimbal motors, quite exposed and likely to get a lot of sand blown in when taking off and landing.

Hand catching... as someone who has been in the hobby for 4+ years, I would suggest thinking twice before hand catching. You might want to look here (not for the squeamish, you have been warned) Why *I* Don’t Catch my Drone

Can be done, but you really want to make sure you know what you are doing and the possible side-effects
 
I catch my P4 by hand all the time, I simply however it had about shoulder level reach underneath grab a landing gear leg and then hold the throttle lever all the way down till the motors quit spinning never had a problem.
