I'd be checking to see how many of those "domestic" WiFi signals were standard output. I have a business which backs onto my flying field and should I fly anywhere within 250meters of it I lose control. He's over 1km from my house and he's at the same level as my next door neighbor's signal and only one bar weaker than mine. All they'd need is a couple of those 100 signals using a little help and wallop, look out walls.
