I'm not sure that if I owned the business I would have stated that publicly - I probably would have come up with another reason.
However - I believe that RP is probably still the best bet ... I just wish that he would add current status updates to his website (I also agree that public forums / social websites are not the proper venue for doing business) - it only takes a few minutes here and there to keep the public updated and to keep the angry villagers from uprising against the evil gimbalords![]()
