It is just a matter of time before the small screw that secures the monitor bracket to the RC gets lost. Has anyone found a larger screw to serve as a replacement for the standard short screw? If so, please provide details of how to get one.

had mine on the P4 for a few years, never any issues. Same screw on my P3 and had that even longer with no issues.
The issue with me is that I have to take the bracket off each time to fit in the carrying box I use. Sooner or later I will drop the small screw and probably lose it.
I can 't speak for particular ones but they seem to be available.

Actually, what I looking for is a replacement that is larger and could be hand tightened.

Why not just keep several spare screws? With spares you are almost guaranteed not to lose one. LOL
