RC to phone connection

I have a phantom 3 and iPhone 6. Cannot sync the remote to the phone.

I get a error message saying the accessory uses to much power.

It’s connected with a Apple female usb to a iPhone plug.

Please help. Just got the drone and am soooooo frustrated.

Use a normal apple cable to the remote

The Phantom 3 Standard doesn't connect via cable, it's a wi-fi link.

Yip wifi no usb cable needed,,did you get a quick start guide with it,,if not easy to download,use djigo ,,turn on wifi on your device,,,turn on remote and drone in start of app you can choose which craft you fly or just wait and phatom 3 will conect to wifi and give cam view,,,have you signed into app (logged in with your email )need Internet connection for this part,

It looks like a P3S in the photo in the OP.

Try delete the app, reinstall it, go to settings turn the controller on, wait roughly five minutes and your screen in settings under wifi should say phantom3_standard or something like that. Should work as I to have iPhone 6 and p3 standard

also the p3 standard is red stickers and smaller camera in case u don’t know
