Just got an email from davesmotors that my order has shipped. P2v+ plus extra battery and free shipping for $1300.55. Been ordering from DDM for years and never had any problems

Cancelled my order with DJI 5 hours ago via email to [email protected]. Followed up with a call to Head Office Sales in Hong Kong (+86 755 26656677) a couple of hours ago and spoke to Sales. They assured me my order would be cancelled and I would be refunded within an hour. No acknowledgement email yet, and nothing showing up in my account. I'll wait till tomorrow till I get back onto their case...I'll post when the refund comes through.

Oddly enough I was filming an Ice Castle at night time in Utah and what I thought was a curious spectator to inquire about my P2V while flying, turns out he was actually the owner of Drones Etc. Not only did he remember my name because I was waiting on a case, but seemed to love the craft and was willing to help with flying tips. In addition, every time I have e-mailed him no matter what time or what concern, he has always replied within 24 hours but usually less then 2. I own a small business and usually you get better service because most times you are dealing directly with the owner.
I might try that tomorrow. I placed a second order with DDM and should get bird Saturday. Woo hoo!

Tracking update. Ordered it from DDM yesterday, Thursday, April 17 afternoon. Free shipping from Utah to near Boston should arrive Wednesday, April 23. 4 working days.MikeySoft said:I always try to check with the BBB. distance on this one when you see the river is right at 2000 ft....i actually lost sight and thought it was one direction and later realized it was a 1300 ft in the other direction....heart was beating fast....at end of the vid the wobbling is from me truing to get the drone down as fast as it would come from 1300 feet high
i saw things in this vid i did not even know about in my neighborhood.

I would say from the video because the camera is offset, irt is better to yaw left because sometimes you can see the landing legs when you yaw right. Nice demo. What FOV were you on, wide?Big Chips said:
