Polar Pro 6 filter set!

What's the difference between ND8 and ND8/PL... When would I use the polarised version and when not to? And tips or info would be greatly appreciated.

I believe PL is polarizer.

Polarizers over water make for different photographic textures. They can also make clouds pop in sky pics. Experiment with them. Fun!!

There are several write ups on this forum including video shown using PL filters. Try searching Snake river. Different brand but same concept and effect

When would I use the polarised version and when not to?

Per SRP's website:
"A CP filter is used to reduce glare on the surface of water or windows, manage reflections, and increase the contrast between clouds and sky."
