Not sure what is going on there. Have you tried to recalibrate everything including the gimbal. If that doesn't work I would suggest calling or emailing DJI to see if they have any suggestions. Most likely it will have to go back for repair.

It looks like the gimbal grub screw needs tightening on the motor shaft..

Welcome to the forum, Hoped you got it fixed.

Just a concern. A good suggestion, when working on your bird, take off the props. Holding it the way you were, if it looses contact & decides to RTH, it will start up & slice you up pretty well. To add insults to injury, it will possibly wreck your quad.
