Pilot level DJI GO

Hello, I want to know how can I grow my pilot level, when I first star flying I saw how my growth of value was higher each flight but now is in the same level and I don't know how to keep growing my pilot levet... right now my status is:
growth of value is 20.891
pilot level is 10
Flight time: 13H2min
Distance: 163 miles
Flights: 116
All my records update each flight, the only one that is stock in the same level is the growth of value
How can I how it?

Thank you!! Now my growth of value is 93.502 and I'm in level 23!
But now I would like to know what is that mean? How do I know if I have a good growth of value or not, what is the use of the growth of value?
