Help can anyone tell me why can't I download the latest firmware for the phantom 3 standard on my galaxy note, it keeps saying DJI go stopped????? HELP

Lots of problems these past few days

Yo Rod thanks, but am really scared of potential fly away or loose signal this is crazy, haven't been able to fly for weeks cause of this.

You been signed onto this forum for a long time, how many flights have had 20, 200 or more?

What is your current firmware and go-app version.

I will throw some basics at you.

Reboot / restart your Galaxy

Looked at mobile device fixes.
Lost P3 100% gone

Reinstall the app, on a android you can go in and remove all files related to DJI app, to get a fresh install.

Try another mobile device.

"it keeps saying DJI go stopped" this is when you are downloading the firmware from DJI, or trying to install the firmware to the Phantom?
