Well after I cancelled my Inspire Pre Order and sold my FlameWheel 550. I reverted back to my good old faithful Phantom 1. A few weeks ago I had an engine failure and she ended up in the water a split second after take off from back of my boat. No problems, fished it out, washed it out and apart from failed motor it all worked fine. Anyways after chatting with "Ol" on here I decided to upgrade motors & ESC's to E300. While waiting for them to arrive I got thinking about finding a bigger Fuselage and stumbled across the Sky Hero range. Long story short I've just finished building a Sky Hero Little Spyder complete with E300 motors & ESC's and the electronics of the Phantom.
I haven't altered anything in the NAZA apart from GPS placement. Gains remain the same, and so far seams very stable. It's has an art CoG at present as I'm waiting for a new gimbal to arrive. Only thing I have to purchase is bigger batteries as there's room for wider and longer one. Which will hopefully enable me to do away with the duel battery set up from Phantom.
