Phantom Advance Gimbal Issue Part 2

UPS delivered a new Gimbal Pitch motor today. 30 minutes later I had it installed and the video tells the rest of the story.

There is a click/screetch noise at .29 sec and the last 2 seconds.

Any clues on how to proceed?

Can't be sure but at start up the Gimbal should do maximal up and down movement but here is nothing. Something might block it.
