Phantom 4 Pro High Capacity Batteries and DJI Charging Hub

Have a P4Pro, and the high capacity batteries. i have two the the DJI charging hubs. Have not been able to get the batteries to charge in the hubs. i can plug the batteries into the hub. have the hub set for charging, the indicator light will goto yellow, but nothing else. and i have left the batteries in the hub for several hours. Does a charging hub need a firmware update?

Mine works like a dream, have you tried to charge them the old fashioned way, one at a time with the charger cord?

Individually the batteries charge fine. connecting directly to the charger

I have the charging hub and it works awesome.

There is a switch on the charging hub that says charging and storage. Make sure the switch is set to charging to get a full 100% charge.
