Phantom 3 Professional Firmware Failure

After not flying the drone for a few months I decided to get it out and update the firmware. Sadly this is what keeps happening. Some things I'm doing...
- I am downloading the BIN file to a sandisk 32gb 10 speed msd
-The msd card is formatted correctly to FAT
- I am using a mac

Try installing the firmware using these instructions.

I am having a similar issue and have been through the instructions, the downgrade, imu calibrations, rc calibrations, absolutely the latest GO app. Formatting the sd through the aircraft and the computer...new high end sd cards...versions on all devices appear to be mixed up now and currently the unit is no 1.7 version and will connect with the RC but no visual on the android (samsung) anyone?
