Phantom 2 Vision Plus 3.0

I have a P2 vision plus 3.0 with latest firmware.

I purchased the aircraft second hand it did crash at one time.

The compass tiny board on landing skid is exposed.

I have re-calibrated IMU and compass.

Aircraft takes compass calibration and locks to GPS.

Fully charged batteries and tried different ones

PROBLEM:

Once I take off, the lights start flashing red and aircraft starts flying erratic.

If I grab the aircraft while in flight by one of the skids, she shut down power.

RESOLUTION, or IDEAS?

Replace Compass, or GPS, or try reseting accelerometer?

I have no errors on Litchi APP. I am unable to locate older DJI Vision for my Galaxy 4 Android phone.

Anyone have this APP available, or where I can download. DJI does not have anymore.

Are the LEDs under all 4 arms flashing Red rapidly?

If so that is critical low battery!

If the battery is used as well it may not have been maintained properly and has lost capacity to store a charge.
