Phantom 2 FPV

I have a Phantom 2 with the H4-3d gimbal and am using a GoPro Hero 4 Black.
I am looking for suggestions for a FPV setup and transmitter.
Also if I wanted to do the Datalink for programmed waypoint flights what is the maximum distance for this?

Probably the most recommended FPV setup here is Flysight Blackpearl monitor (has receiver inside), DJI iOSD mini for on screen flight data and immersionRC 600mW or 250mW for transmitting video. Although the new AVL58(?) lite 500mW transmitter from DJI looks good too (never tried it). And cloverleaf antenna pair from FatShark. This setup is good for about 2km range (some have gotten more depending on surrounding environment).
There's a ton of info on all this hardware and how to set it up in the forums.
It all depends on what your goal is. Some people want to fly really far, some are after quality video not too far away...
