part 107 waivers help

I would like to get a waiver for night flights and flight over crowds. If any one could provide me with a sample of how and what they said to get the waiver I would be very grateful. Need this for some up coming fall festivals in my area.

Only (3) ~107.39 Operation over people have been granted (last time I checked) and they were for VERY specific (and controlled) situations.

I can almost bet you my salary you're not going to get one for "Festivals" until some significant changes are made in the current system. In time once a solid safety record is established and documented I can see the regs being relaxed but nothing quick or easy.
