Pano mode sphere ?

I used the pano mode sphere for the first time and I am a rookie when it comes to photography. when I down loaded the sphere picture via DJI Go4 app onto my IPhone 7 it is no longer a sphere. I also removed the card from the drone and placed in computer and I don’t see any pano pic , other than a ton of shots and jpegs. My question is ... Is there something I am doing or not doing to view the sphere pano on a computer (pc) and not on my iPhone? Thank you for any help !

The saved sphere on your ios device is in equirectangular format. You need to download an app to view in 360. The pano pictures on the sd card are the pictures that makeup the pano. You need to stitch them with a software like microsoft image composite editor.
