P4proAdv no maps loading

I have the latest firmware installed, a good WiFi connection but the maps are not loading into to factory installed DJIGo app. I get a home point and direction arrow, but no maps. Any suggestions? Thanks

I'm using the app that comes installed with the DJI included LCD screen. Not a phone or tablet.

That's what I meant by "Crystal Sky" or "Other". Not sure how many around here use that. Maybe someone will show up to help you with that issue.

I'm having the same problem since I got my phantom 4 pro plus! The maps will not load. I'm getting data service via my iPhone hotspot. the DJI app is connecting to DJI as it says my software is up to date, and it uploads my flight data. However, the map part of the screen only shows the home point and direction arrow. I don't know what to do to get the maps. FYI, fly primarily in San Diego.
