P4P focus help

Hi everyone

I have had this p4p since Christmas and has since put it in for the focus issue which they found to be a loose gimble. Since getting it back I am still not happy with the images, the video appears sharp and fine.

I have it at:
5.6 apparently the sweet spot,
iso 100
200 shutter

But zooming in the images for a 20 megapixel camera it still poor to me.

So is it something i am doing wrong ? is it something i need to send back??

I have been on forums and look at similar issues others are having and trying to work it out with no success. Thank you in advance as any help would be appreciated

Are you working with the raw image or the JPEG. The image you posted seems ok.

Noseydrone I do work with RAW images but uploaded the JPEG. when zooming in at 100 percent the faces of the people are fuzzy. would love to know if this is normal for the DJI camera.

The op image isn't 20mp, it's 8mp 4k.
Upload a 20mp to get better feedback, for a 4k image it's pretty much as expected.
