The vibration is likely an oscillation caused by the motors adjusting speed in an attempt to gain lift. Try hovering in place with the props on, and see if the problem persists.

Technically not an oscillation but likely directly related to the the motors being run unloaded.

If you haven't got the problem fixed yet, DJI has a firmware update that fixes a few issues, one being vibration.
 
Mine is doing this on spool up and down while actually taking off and landing. In flight seems ok. Have tried other props and IMU calibrations.turned yaw gain down to 80% and it got me to this point. It was worse before. Latest firmware too. Any help would be much appreciated. Too afraid to fly it now.

All i know is that my phantom 4 does not do that, that is not normal, could be a bearing or an unbalanced motor casing
