This is my video shot in D-LOG, which program should I use to make it better?

Depends on your preference and budget. Are you Mac or a PC person?
I like Magix Video Pro, but it's pricey ($400). They make less expensive versions.
You might want to check the Phantomhelp.com site for suggestions.

Here is another program you might want to look at.

Blackmagic Design: DaVinci Resolve 12

Most of the non-linear editors will handle this. All that is needed is to expand the blacks to black or near black, and expand the whites to your taste typically a little below white. The in between tones can be moved by a contrast control, or curves, depending on what is available. Note that you will need to readjust white point and black point after this adjustment. You will iterate around this loop until you get something you like.

Considering the wide angle lens I might guess he's even closer than 100 yards.

Yes.... Was little bit scared too of the plane... The plane shouldn't be here... Pilot was looking to the highway as me... So he descent.... It was close... But I heard him so looked where he was and had it under control...

Yes... You are definitely right... But I think that it was pilots fault... He was in very low alt... Drone was eprox. in 120 meters. He was looking at the highway...
