Technically, yes. The top side foam does push down on the top of the props a bit, but it's pretty pliable. Maybe fine as-is, but I'd make a few strategic snips with a scissors just to be safe.

Keep checking eBay. You can use Ebates for another 1% off. Use the savings to by yourself a beer after the first flight!
I bought mine from ebay for 349, mainly for two reasons. DJi was showing 20-25 days after payment before shipping, but the big reason was a 30 day return policy over what i believe is a 7 day policy. To me that was huge because, at least where im at, it may have been more than a week or two before conditions were conducive to flying. I didnt want to take it out for its first flight 2 weeks after getting it and have a dud.
