P3S faulty gimbal??

I just bought a P3S and it's having insane amounts of jello, even at low shutterspeeds of 1/50 and 1/100. Ofcourse I've removed the gimbal lock and foampiece The gimbal is fine when a move the drone around with my hands with no props on. I've also done a cold IMU calibration and gimbal calibration.
I think the gimbal might be faulty, but I would like to hear some opinions, thnx!

Might be the gimble shocks. But I have a P4 so I couldn't help you out there

Turn the bird upside down, and see if you can wiggle the yaw arm left and right independent of the yaw motor shaft. There's a small grub scew to hold it tight.
My grub screw was tight, yet there was a little wiggle. I had to shim the space to make it stop wiggling.

Thnx for the Reply! That's what I thought after researching it. I tried to tighten the scrub screw but I overtightend it and damaged the thread. I got the screw out but can't secure the shaft anymore. Is it fixable?
