Dumb question im sure ...
I was able to upgrade controller
How do I upgrade drone?

You have to place firmware BIN file into your micro SD card, then insert SD card into camera and turn on bird.

Go to DJI.com. P3a/p page, click downloads , choose your firmware, download it to pc desktop, unzip if necessary , only move the BIN file ( cut and paste to SD card ) then insert into camera, etc as stated above . Remember you can only move back by 1, keep this in mind if you ever want to downgrade!
