P2V alarm

I replaced my P2V with a new shell. When it was complete turned controler on put battery in started up and it flashed red in front (opposit battery} and also started beeping. The other end was looking for sattelite and was flashing red green ,as usual. It flew great before I changed the shell. I thought maybe battery which has a full charge with another but same thing, Any help would be great. Thanks Paul

Sounds like something plugged in wrong or not plugged in?
Can you open up the top, and take pictures of your hookups?
This will help me find the issue.
