Here is my Phantom 2 v2.0:

Purchased from: B&H Photo
Purchased on: 11/30/14

I do have the v2.0 stickers next to the QR code.

I have red, not blue, pen marks on the capacitors.

I have the last four beeps upon initiation of my P2 v2.0.

So mine, 2312 motors, ESC's with no vX.X next to QR code, does not sound 4 beeps after the start up chime. According to the YouTube video linked, in a Phantom 2 v2.0 (non vision) that is a good thing? Meaning I have appropriate ESC's to motors? Regardless of sticker labels on ESC's?

And looking at another photo I posted, I have a blue mark on the ESC cap. Don't remember if its on all four but I'll check.

I'm taking these as good signs...

Wait, so all the ESC have the 2.0 and you have the four extra beeps?

All, isn't this contradictory information to what have learned.

If true, this complicates things

That is correct. I have a Phantom 2 v2.0 and...

1) All four of my ESCs have "v2.0" printed next to the QR code.

2) I have the last four beeps upon startup.

I would take a video showing that I have four v2.0 ESCs and startup so you can see (hear) the last four beeps, but I literally just put the P2 back together a few minutes ago and don't want to do it again. It's easy, but it's tedious. I'm sure you all know.

No need; I believe you. This is just contrary to the belief that if you didn't get four beeps it meant you had new ESCs.

Obviously, that has changed.

The only constant with this whole situation is the lack of anything constant

Mine was shipped from DJI in CA Wednesday, scheduled to be delivered Tuesday. Should be latest, right? :lol:

I'll see what the POS (power on sequence, not piece of **** :mrgreen: ) does and report back.

Really don't want to take it apart.
