Dont know for sure except to say that the newer ones dont do that any more.
My P2 was bought as one of the new V2.0s (and it says so on the box). The ESCs do NOT say V2.0 on though, but, I dont get the four beeps.

Odd how there is such a mix of combinations out there. Mine was also bought as one of the new P2 v2.0's, box label states the same, ESC's do not have a vX.X near QR code, but has the start up tones...
Really hope DJI gets this sorted...
