no sound on records

This is my first post and first dron .. and first problem
After purchase the first thing i did was update the firmware, it went even smoothly .. i flew a bit and included the recording started to get nervous >> there is no sound, no. For a few days I try to>> change the settings, restore the factory >> no matter, the sound does not appear ..
Do you have any ideas where it could be the cause?

Pretty sure they don't record sound. It would just be whirring rotor blades if they did. Hope this helps.

They don't record sound at all, however, if you use Litchi, you can record the screen on your phone / tablet with sound (Litchi height and speed etc).

Yup, no on-board microphone.

Elsopix is correct as to what you'd hear if it did.

My iPad Mini 4 recorded all the terrors in my voice the first time I flew it. Yeah...that option is OFF nowzz...
