P4 Firmware No proceeding transmitting

To upgrade the firmware.
The download got successful but no proceeding transmitting. It shows 0% for long time.

I restarted my drone several time, and tried to upgrade each time.
I was trying the upgrade with my iMac from DJI assistant 2.

I need your help. Sorry my English sucks.

hey, hate to hijack but im having the same problem (sad that I cant get any help). im trying trying to update the AC and im also hung on the transmitting screen. my controller is not on (didn't think it needed to be). any thoughts????

There is not a whole lot posting or helping on this forum, there are others though that are more active and helpful.

Which firmware are you trying to load? Most current? What steps have you tried this far?
