Newly fitted h3-3d problem

Can anyone please advise why it's doing this , I've just installed it and get good video but the gimbal does not respond to the tilt wheel properly and makes the funny noise in the video

Did you do the calibration on the wheel?

Nope how do you do that , I'm in the assistant software?

I'm in the sticks monitor and can't seem to get it right, it seems to go okay then won't go down

Yes. It is X1 in the assistant. Do it in both the RC and the Phantom Assistant.

Do you have the 'upgrade version' checked in the transmitter version?

That normal behavior for the H3-3D gimbal when the P2 is first turned on. You might what to calibrate both the sticks and X1 in the RC as well as P2.software with the RC turned on. Consider adding longer landing gear or snap on extensions before you damage either the gimbal, camera or both.
